Distance Sales Contract

(In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Distance Contracts Regulation)

2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter of this agreement is the Buyer's www.zebranomobilya.com.tr regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically through the website, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and Distance Contracts Regulation determining the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the law.

3. Product and Service Information

The type, type, quantity, color, sales price, payment method, delivery address, shipping fee and all other information of the product(s) purchased electronically by the buyer are specified in the order form.
This form is an integral part of this agreement.

4. Product Delivery and Performance Period

4.1. Delivery shall be made at the latest following the confirmation of the order, subject to the Seller's stock availability 30 (thirty) days to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.2. Delivery time may be notified to the Buyer by the Seller for special production, personalized or imported products.
4.3. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
4.4. During delivery, the product must be checked by the Buyer or the person authorized by the Buyer. If the packaging is damaged or the product is missing, a delivery report must be kept and the cargo officer must be notified.

5. Payment Method

The Buyer may pay the product price by one of the following methods:

Credit Card / Debit Card
Wire Transfer / EFT
Payment on Delivery (if available)

The Seller is not obliged to make delivery until the full amount of the order has been collected.

6. Seller's Obligations

6.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver the products in accordance with the qualifications specified in the contract, complete, flawless and suitable for their intended use.
6.2. The Seller submits the “Preliminary Information Form” to the Buyer before the sale and obtains its approval.
6.3. In the event that it becomes impossible to fulfill the goods or services subject to the order, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer and the collected price returns it within 14 days at the latest.

7. Obligations of the Buyer

7.1. The Buyer is obliged to fulfill the obligation to pay the price specified in the contract.
7.2. Check the products during delivery, and if the packaging is torn or damaged, report it to the cargo officer and do not take delivery of the product.
7.3. The Buyer is obliged to use the product in accordance with the user manual.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1. From the date the Buyer receives the product 14 (fourteen) days withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penal clause.
8.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or via permanent data storage (e-mail, SMS, etc.) within this period.
8.3. Following the receipt of the withdrawal notification, the Seller shall pay all fees collected after receiving the product back, including the shipping cost, if any, return it to the Buyer within 14 days.
8.4. Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Products that are customized or modified at the request of the Buyer,
Products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons,
Assembled, used or non-resaleable products.

9. Warranty and Defective Goods

9.1. The Seller bears the warranty responsibility of the products in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Warranty Certificate Regulation.
9.2. When defects arising from production are detected in the products, the Buyer has the right to request free repair, replacement or refund.
9.3. The Seller is obliged to initiate the necessary procedures within 15 days from the receipt of the defective goods notification.

10. Protection of Personal Data

Zebrano Mobilya Teknolojileri A.Ş., No. 6698 Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) processes the personal data of the Buyer solely for the purposes of performance of the sale, invoicing, delivery and fulfillment of legal obligations.
Data is not shared with third parties; it may only be transferred to a limited extent to business partners such as shipping, logistics and payment providers.

11. Force Majeure

The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of delay or impossibility of performance due to force majeure such as earthquake, fire, flood, war, pandemic, strike, production supply disruption. In this case, the Seller shall inform the Buyer and the contract may be suspended or canceled and the price may be refunded.

12. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising out of this agreement Ankara Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is authorized.
For disputes below the amount limits, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in the place of residence.

13. Enforcement and Approval

Buyer, www.zebranomobilya.com.tr It declares that it accepts all the terms by reading the preliminary information form and this distance sales contract at the address and that it approves this contract electronically when it confirms the order.
This agreement enters into force upon approval in electronic environment.
