Clarification Text on Protection of Personal Data

This Clarification Text, No. 6698 Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and to the extent practicable
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) The purpose of this Policy is to inform you about the processes of collecting, processing, storing and sharing your personal data within the scope of this Policy.

3) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed limited to the purposes listed below:

4) Collection Method and Legal Grounds
Your personal data is collected by automatic or non-automatic means through call center, website, e-mail, mobile application, customer portal, forms, contracts and technical support records.
- Art.5/2(c) of the LPPD: Necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract,
- Art.5/2(ç) of the LPPD: Fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller,
- Art.5/2(f) of the LPPD: It is mandatory to process data within the scope of legitimate interest,
- KVKK art.5/1 and art.6/2: In case of explicit consent.
5) Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred to the following persons and organizations, limited to the relevant processing purpose only:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations (information sharing as required by legislation),
- Financial advisors, legal advisors and independent audit firms,
- IT infrastructure providers and software companies (ERP, CRM, e-invoicing, hosting, security services),
- Business partners and solution partners,
- Foreign service providers (cloud systems or email services, GDPR compliant).
6) Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored for the period specified in the legislation or in accordance with the purpose of processing. At the end of the period, your data will be deleted, anonymized or destroyed.

7) Rights of Data Subjects
Under Article 11 of the LPPD, as data subjects, you have the following rights:

- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose,
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
- Request deletion or destruction in accordance with Article 7 of the LPPD,
- Request information about data transferred to domestic or foreign third parties,
- To claim compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.
