The Nova Dining Chair combines comfort with a sculptural design for those seeking a modern dining chair. The defining element of the chair is the curved tubular forms that make up its backrest; these intersecting lines, crossing over one another, create a three-dimensional and fluid composition instead of a classic backrest. The curve that starts from the outside and extends to the armrest level embraces the user, providing a comfortable point of support, while the second curve on the inner line supports the lumbar region. This dual-layer construction turns the chair into an object that changes depending on the angle from which it is viewed.
The wide and softly padded seat cushion is designed to provide comfort during long periods of dining. The slightly flared legs with organic lines provide the chair with solid stability while complementing the soft design language with their thick, round profiles. The fully fabric-covered body offers a seamless textural integrity.
The Nova Dining Chair can be used around the dining table in the dining room, as well as positioned as a desk chair in the study, a vanity chair in the bedroom, or a decorative accent chair in the living room. Thanks to its neutral light tone, it easily matches tables with wood, marble, and metal details, and creates a cohesive dining room composition when used with other pieces from the Nova series.
